This Privacy Policy explains how Astrondo Ltd ("we", "us"), operator of the EverPitch platform ("EverPitch"), collects and uses personal data. It covers visitors to this website, campsite operators who use EverPitch, and guests who make bookings through campsite websites powered by EverPitch. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law.

Information we collect

• Account & contact data — names, email addresses, phone numbers and business details provided by campsite operators when signing up or contacting us.
• Booking data — guest names, contact details, stay dates, party details and booking references processed on behalf of campsite operators.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction metadata (amounts, status, identifiers) but do not store full card details.
• Usage data — technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide, operate and improve the EverPitch platform and take bookings on behalf of campsite operators.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send service communications, booking confirmations and arrival reminders.
